Cookie Policy

Effective 22 August 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage. This policy covers logixflo.com and the tenant portal, and should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary — required to log in, keep your session secure, remember your tenant, protect against cross-site request forgery, and balance load. These cannot be switched off.

Preferences — remember choices such as language, table density, and dismissed notices.

Analytics — help us understand which pages and features are used so we can improve them. Set only with your consent, and configured to minimise identifiability.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.

Names and expiry periods are indicative and should be reconciled with your production cookie scan before publication.

Third-party cookies

Analytics cookies are set by our measurement provider on our behalf. Embedded content such as a demo video or a support widget may set its own cookies when loaded; these are governed by the provider's policy and load only after you accept the relevant category. Fonts are served from Google Fonts — if self-hosted, no third-party request is made.

Consent and withdrawal

On your first visit a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are set regardless, as they are required to deliver the service you request. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies in their privacy or security settings, and offer a private browsing mode. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the portal. Clearing cookies also clears your saved consent choice, so the banner will appear again.
