One platform, four jobs it does every day.
A photograph sent to WhatsApp becomes structured data, a tracked container, a client invoice, and a driver payout. Each module below is part of the same system, not a separate purchase.
WhatsApp OCR Ingestion
Drivers already photograph every slip they collect at the gate. logixflo turns that habit into your data entry. A photo sent to your operations group is read, validated, and filed against the right job within seconds — no app to install, no forms to fill, no evening spent typing.
Each capture is stored as an image alongside its extracted fields, so the original slip is always one click away when a client queries a charge or an auditor asks for proof.
- Field-level extraction — container number, date, location, weight, and amount pulled as separate values, each with a confidence score.
- Automatic job matching — a recognised container number attaches the document to its open job, or opens a new one if none exists.
- Review queue — anything below your confidence threshold waits for a human check instead of quietly entering your books.
- Driver attribution — the sending number identifies who submitted what and when, building an audit trail per trip.

Automated Invoicing
Billing stops being a Thursday-night job. When a trip is verified, its charges are already priced against the client's rate card, and the invoice is generated as a PDF with every line traceable to the document that produced it.
Nothing is retyped, so nothing drifts. The container number on the invoice is the one the OCR read off the slip, and the slip travels with the invoice when a client disputes a charge.
- Zero manual data entry — line items, references, and amounts come from the extracted fields, not a keyboard.
- Client rate cards — haulage, detention, storage, and gate charges priced per client, per route, or per weight bracket.
- VAT-ready PDFs — branded invoices with sequential numbering, tax breakdown, and the source documents attached.
- Approve before it sends — drafts sit in a queue for a one-click check, then go out by email on your schedule.

Driver Settlements & Expenses
Every completed trip carries its own arithmetic: what the driver earns, what he spent, and what the company owes at the end of the week. logixflo keeps that running total per driver so payout day is a review, not a reconstruction.
Fuel and toll receipts photographed at the pump land in the same pipeline as port paperwork, so expenses are logged against the truck and the trip that incurred them.
- Commission rules you set once — per trip, per weight bracket, or per route, with allowances and deductions applied automatically.
- Fuel and toll expense logs — diesel, Salik, parking, and maintenance captured per truck with the receipt image attached.
- Payout summaries — a per-driver statement for the pay period listing trips, earnings, advances, and net payable.
- Margin per trip — client revenue against driver cost and expenses, so an unprofitable route shows up the same week.

Container Tracking
Every container gets a status pipeline built from the documents your drivers already send: gate-out at the terminal, delivery to the consignee, empty sitting in the yard, and return. No separate check-in step and no phone calls to find out where a box is.
Because the platform knows when a container left the terminal, it also knows how many free days remain. Detention exposure surfaces before it becomes a charge rather than after.
- Real-time gate-out status — the EIR photograph timestamps the container leaving the terminal.
- Yard storage visibility — see which empties are sitting where, for how long, and against which client.
- Return confirmation — the cycle closes when the return document lands, and the job is ready to bill.
- Detention warnings — free-day countdowns per container, flagged in the dashboard before the clock runs out.
