What counts as a document scan?
One photographed page processed through OCR. A delivery order and its weighbridge slip count as two. Re-processing the same image after a correction does not count again.
What happens if we exceed our monthly scans?
Nothing stops. Extra scans are billed at the add-on rate for your plan, and we flag it in the portal so you can upgrade if the higher volume is permanent.
Do drivers need to install an app?
No. Drivers photograph documents and send them to your existing WhatsApp group. Nothing new to learn, nothing to install on their phone.
Which documents are supported?
Equipment Interchange Receipts, delivery orders, bills of entry, tokens, customs receipts, weighbridge slips, and fuel receipts. Enterprise plans add custom templates for your own formats.
Can we change plans mid-term?
Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so nothing is cut off mid-month.
